  Horrible decrease!

  I’ve been on Amino since 2016 and it has never been as bad as it is now. With the new update, you see global live streams first thing, no matter which community you open. Please note that on most communities, there’s minors, most not even older than 16 - and those live streams are very much explicit and inappropriate for an app like this. Second thing, it was always possible to deactivate ads, and in case you activate them, you could subconsciously earn coins. This option has been removed entirely, ads are shown anyway. What I specifically dislike about this option is that even with an Amino+ subscription, you get shown the ads. I’m paying money, and still see ads. Since I’ve deactivated app tracking, I also get shown inappropriate ads here. Reminder, minors on the app. I’ve always liked Amino and spent a lot of time on it. I’ve got to know friends that I later on met in real life and am still friends with. I’ve been on Amino on six years, but this update makes me consider leaving the app. Hope it will get fixed or there will be alternatives soon.

  ich finde Amino ganz nett die idee ist gut das wäre erstmal das gute nun das fette Aber: Die Werbung ist nervig und lässt sich nicht bstellen... was sehr nervig ist... der nächste Punkt ist einer der wohl auch viele nervt: Diese Livefunktion die man von Instagram und anderen kennt... was soll ich mit diesem Müll?! es interessiert mich nicht und wahrscheinlich ist da mehr FSK18 als in privaten Chats 🙄 reicht schon das sowas in insta und co ist... muss man damit ernsthaft auch Kinder belästigen die Amino ihre Freunde und so haben ?!   I actually really like this app

  So how I already said is that I really actually like this app, it’s just since I logged off of my account and logged in a again now every time when I wanna request to chat with someone there is written that I can’t do that bc too many requests but that also is written there when is as example wanna do the lucky draw so that with the cards that you have to turn and then get coins, it’s really annoying and yeah i don’t know how to fix it.   Shocking decrease in Quality!

  I‘ve had this app for several years now and I always liked it but over the last year the drop in quality has been truly shocking. Never mind consistent chat bug and notification issues but there has been a concerning increase in spam bots spreading not just the typical get rich quick schemes but also sexual messages and images. Same goes for advertisements. Not only are the pop up und banner ads *everywhere* and mindblowingly annoying, I also receives several advertisements for either illegal products or s*x services! ON A CHILDRENS APP where art pieces that show one n*pple get instantly removed! Which is where we come to the new lives feature that is essentially just 80% p*rnography (& I think it says all that when you search for Amino in the App store the 3rd search result is already an app for casual s*x). Team Amino seriously needs to decide on a line here and either actively combat these issues, increase the age rating OR at least own it and loosen their regulations for user posts as well. Until that day DO NOT LET YOUR CHILDREN DOWNLOAD THIS APP! It‘s a tragedy because it used to be a fun and relatively save creative community space but I for once am one more p*rn advertisement away from de-installing.
